POLICIES

  • Minimum 2 nights stay.

  • 50% deposit of total stay required to confirm your booking.

  • No charge to amend or cancel the reservation prior to 7 days of arrival date.

  • No refund for cancellation within 7 days of arrival date.

  • All prices are in USD

CONDITIONS

Check-in time 13.00 - 18.00 and Check out time 11.00.

Kindly note, We don’t have a reception desk, guests are expected to provide site arrival details so that our host can be ready onsite to meet you when you check-in.

If your arrival time is later than 18.00 we strongly suggest our pickup arrangement with a friendly helpful driver who knows our location better.

We can do some arrangements :

  • Surf Lesson.

  • Motorbike/scooter rental.

  • Cultural tours, Paragliding, Boat/beach trips, Snorkeling, Spearfishing & Rod fishing.

SERVICES

  • Complimentary tea/coffee & Drinking water.

  • Self-catering. No breakfast service.
